My experienced the warmth of being with family mixed with the familiar thrill of travel as soon as I walked into the Southwest Airlines ORD Terminal. Despite the hectic nature of Chicago O'Hare, we felt instantly at ease in Southwest's terminal because it was friendly and well-organized. It was made even more enjoyable by traveling with my family, who laughed during check-in, shared stories while waiting for our flight, and grabbed a quick bite to eat. What might have been a stressful airport visit was transformed into the ideal beginning to our journey by the easy boarding process and the welcoming staff.
